Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie (English: Dogma and Ritual of High Magic) is the title of Eliphas Levi's first published treatise on ritual magic, which appeared in two volumes between 1854 (Dogme) and 1856 (Rituel).

Levi's Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie was translated into English by Arthur Edward Waite as Transcendental Magic, its Doctrine and Ritual (1896). Waite added a biographical preface and footnotes.

'Dogma and Ritual of High Magic' by Eliphas Levi originally published in 1861.  It was previously translated into English with the title of 'Trascendental Magic' by A. E. Waite in 1910.  Waite's translation lacks something that the Translator and Editors hope this new edition will provide.

Levi states that he has created a "complete course" on the science of the ancient magi, which is made up of 3 parts: 'Dogma and Ritual of High Magic', the 'History of Magic', and the 'Key to the Great Mysteries'.  His statement is included as the 'Preface' to this new edition in order to facilitate the reader's understanding of his objectives. New York Times bestselling author David Wilcock unlocks the key to a universal life force that is influencing and guiding humanity toward enlightenment.

With The Source Field Investigations, David Wilcock joined Graham Hancock and Lynne McTaggart as a leading writer exploring the intersection of ancient mysteries and new science. He used cutting-edge alternative science to delve into the mysteries behind the 2012 prophecies, and readers embraced his findings: The Source Field Investigations was a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestseller. In his new book, The Synchronicity Key, Wilcock embarks on an astonishing investigation into what lies beyond those prophecies—finding proof that everything in our lives is not only connected, it all influences everything else.

Using history, astrology, and synchronicity theory as well as concepts such as fractals, spiritual geometry, quantum physics, and other new research, Wilcock shows that there is a hidden architecture within time, guiding individuals and nations through a system of enlightenment Joseph Campbell called the Hero’s Journey. Historical events occur in shockingly precise, repeating cycles of time as a result. Once we understand and identify the hidden laws governing the fates of individuals and nations through seemingly random “synchronicity,” we are left with a remarkable blueprint of how best to lead our lives spiritually in the post-2012 world. The present book, edited from a rare manuscript, pertains to ancient tantric rites which usually come under the head of satkarman (sixfold activities) such as (1) Subjugation of persons, (2) Attraction, (3) Immobilization of enemy, (4) Liquidation of enemy, (5) Eradication of enemy from home, (6) Pacification of an evil, or release from captivity To these is added one more -dissension (vidvesana), creating division among the ranks of the enemy. The book describes the procedure of these activities. Various alternatives are offered and the aspirant can select any. Yantras and mantra are quick in effect.

The text and translation are self-explanatory. The aspirant need not approach an adept for guidance. To understand technique, the editor has appended a glossarial Index. He has prefixed an introduction for general guidance. Beside an appendix of 72 Cakras (practical devices) followed by details, the book contains the akadama cakra which foretells whether the experiment undertaken will come out successful. MsSVig

You are holding in your hands the best practical introduction to the art of magic ever published. Not "one of the best", or "arguably the best", but simply the best. It is a superb tool for the individual who wants to understand what magic is all about -- not in theory, but in practice. -- J. H. Brennan, from the ForewordThis is a carefully conceived course of instruction for anyone wishing to take up ceremonial magic, but who is unwilling or unable to join a working group. Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki takes the student, month-by-month, through a full year of magical training. The author imparts her years of hard-earned experience in a clear, accessible, and often humorous style for which she is internationally known. Each month's work is concluded with practical exercises designed to give the student a sound working knowledge of ritual magic. Among the many topics covered are:

    Boris Mouravieff And Gnosis

Boris Mouravieff was an enigmatic 'third man', known to Gurdjieff and Ouspensky, who found and learned to practice what he clearly believed to be the complete system of which only 'fragments' had been previously published in Ouspensky's 'In Search of the Miraculous'.

On this basis, he formed the 'Centre d'Etudes chretiennes esoteriques' in Geneva - now closed.

Many of his discoveries are described in his book Gnosis, which contains in its three volumes the fundamental components of that Christian esoteric teaching revealed by Ouspensky in fragmentary form.

This Gnosis is not a modern statement of the second century texts known as 'Gnosticism', but a previously unpublished ancient Christian knowledge tradition.

Boris Mouravieff taught Eastern Esoterism at Geneva University for many years, and Gnosis is the result of his teaching.

First published in French in 1961, the three volumes of Mouravieff 's Gnosis have since been translated into Greek, and an Arabic text is in preparation. Now - after seven years of work - the translation into English is available.

The three volumes of Boris Mouravieff 's Gnosis describe the inner doctrines of Eastern Christianity:
    Volume I the exoteric teaching
Volume II the practical or mesoteric teaching
    Volume III the truly esoteric
Gnosis does more than simply explore the mysterious relation between the ‘Fourth Way' and the little known ‘Royal Way’ of Eastern Orthodoxy; it forms a modern primer in the knowledge tradition of the early church, and gives practical instruction in methods of spirituality for serious seekers.

After escaping the Russian revolution and the Nazi occupation of France, Mouravieff taught these doctrines in language compatible with modern thought at Geneva University.

These three books agree to a high degree with the teachings of the early fathers of the church, as well as with the inner teachings of all religions.

Available in English after thirty years, Volume III of Boris Mouravieff’s Gnosis contains ancient keys to a tradition of Christian esotericism that was necessarily hermetized 1800 years ago and has since remained unpublished, surviving to the present only in unwritten form.

David Wilcock - The Synchronicity Key: The Hidden Intelligence Guiding the Universe and You

The Source Field Investigations was a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today best seller that uncovered hidden science and lost prophecies to illuminate an entirely new understanding of our world today. In his new book, The Synchronicity Key, David Wilcock embarks on an astonishing investigation into what lies beyond this new understanding of how our universe works - finding proof that everything in our lives is not only connected, but it also all influences everything else.

Once we understand and identify the hidden laws governing the fates of individuals and nations through seemingly random "synchronicity", we are left with a remarkable blueprint of how best to lead our lives in this uncertain and confusing world.

Ayurveda, the five thousand-year-old healing tradition from India linked to the development of yoga, is based on the concept that one's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being comes from a number of sources, including a healthful diet based on one's individual constitution. In this vegetarian cookbook, Amrita Sondhi, author of The Modern Ayurvedic Cookbook (now in its fourth printing), provides new twists on traditional Ayurvedic recipes that are also inspired by the growing popularity of whole grains (quinoa, spelt, and barley) and raw foods.

The Ayurvedic diet is based on the concept of three "doshas": vata (air), pitta (fire), and kapha (earth). Each of us has a primary dosha that we can strive to maintain at a healthy balance, but which can cause problems if excessive. The book includes a questionnaire so readers can determine their own primary dosha and then look for recipes that will help them to maintain or reduce it for optimal health.

Recipes include modern interpretations of Indian cuisine (spicy paneer zucchini kabobs and mango and coconut kulfi), and Ayurvedic spins on vegetarian fare (sprouted barley rainbow pilaf and raw zucchini hummus). The book also includes yoga and breathing exercises that one can easily do at home or at work, full-color recipe photos, and information on sprouting/fermenting techniques and backyard gardening. "Your Sacred Anatomy" is a must read book for anyone who wants to better understand their energetic structure, with full color images and specific exercises to learn to feel and connect with your energy bodies. Included in this work are:

    * 7 Anatomical Systems of the Human Energy Structure
    * How To Strengthen the Human Electromagnetic Field

Throughout the book there are exercises that help the reader experience their own energy, along with full color images, and short recounting of personal experiences that clients have had when treated using it.

At the end of the book is a glossary with a definition of terms - Zuckerman's personal definition of terms that may mean other things to other people.

This is an important work that will allow the reader to delve deeper into their own understanding and healing healing. It is a book that the reader will refer to often, not one that is read and then set aside, or placed on a coffee table.

A one of a kind work!

Utpaladeva (late 9th–early 10th century) was a great philosopher of the School of Recognition of non-dualist Kashmir Shaivism, who established its philosophy on a solid basis with his Ishvarapratyabhijna Karikas (Verses on the Recognition of the Lord), and with three philosophical works, the Siddhitrayi. He was the predecessor (Paramaguru) of the great Abhinavagupta. But at the same time he was a mystic of bhakti as we find it here expressed in his Hymns Shivastotravali. For him, bhakti and advaita were not opposed to each other but complementary. The Shivastotravali is a collection of verses and hymns which are an expression of intense bhakti, longing for the Lord, and the mystical experience of the author and his non-dual union with Shiva. They were arranged in 20 chapters or Stotras by his disciples. Of highly poetic quality, these verses belong to the greatest mystical literatures of the world. Swami Lakshman Joo, the last Shaivacarya of Kashmir (1907–1991), combined in himself the great scholar of the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, who taught and expounded its texts time and again to his disciples and to scholars from all parts of the world, and the perfect yogi who had an intimate experience of the spirituality contained therein. He had a special love for the Shivastotravali and expounded it many times in different languages (Kashmiri, Hindi and English). His edition of the Shivastotravali with Kshemaraja's commentary and his Hindi translation remains the standard text. In the present volume his exposition in English is brought out for the first time.

The included with the book CD is a musical rendering of selected hymns by Manju Sundaram:

    01 - Bhaktivilasa Stotra (Stotra 1)
    02 - Sarvatmaparibhavana Stotra (Stotra 2)
    03 - Pranayaprasada Stotra (Stotra 3)
    04 - Svabalanidesana Stotra (Stotra 5)
    05 - Vidhuravijaya Stotra (Stotra 7)
    06 - Samgraha Stotra (Stotra 13)
    07 - Jaya Stotra (Stotra 14)
    08 - Pasanudbheda Stotra (Stotra 16)
    09 - Divyakridabahumana Stotra (Stotra 17)

"Kashmir Saivism" refers to monistic Hindu Saiva traditions which developed from the 9th to 11th centuries B.C. This book places the idea of the "body" in the Saiva world of religious meaning by showing how Siva, equated with pure consciousness, is thought to become embodied in the universe through a process of emanation. The text seeks to show the importance of the body - thought to contain pure consciousness, and the cosmos, in the yogic and ritual paths of transformation; these paths lead the monistic Saiva to the recognition of his identity with supreme consciousness and the awareness that his body is coterminous with the universe.

    J. C. Chatterji’s book is a brief introduction to the nature of ultimate reality and the manifestation of the universe according to the Trika System. It also covers, briefly, the history of this advaita Shaiva philosophy of Kashmir. First published in 1914 as the first book in ´The Kashmir Series of Texts and Studies,¡ it is still the clearest introduction to the Tattvas of the Trika.

Since the lower twenty-five of the thirty-six Trika Tattvas represent the entire universe from the Samkhya point of view, here also is a very clear exposition of the Samkhya Tattvas. The only difference is that, while the Purusha and the Prakriti are the final realities for Samkhya, they are but derivatives according to the Trika, which, carrying the analysis further, recognizes eleven additional Tattvas above the Purusha.

Part 1: The main doctrines of the system -- Part 2: History and literature.

Summary : Glimpses of Tantric Studies 1st Edition

The present work 'Glimpses of Tantric Studies' is an Anthology of eighteen articles covering the various aspects of Tantra, Mantra, Yantra and occult Sciences. The studies embeded here in this treatise are cast over the origin, development and tradition of the Tantric Cult; its rituals and practices. Tantra, being the cult of the feminine, embraces worships, rites and practices related to The Mother Goddesses.

Any Sakta-pitha is the abode of its presiding Sakti, the female deity. In this respect, the present work includes studies on the Tantra-Pitha Uddiyana, the Sakta-Pithas of Indian and their rich Cultural traditions. The worship of the Sapta-Matrkas, the Science of Tantra and Yantra are the other significant components of this work. Vedic tantrism, Upanisadic liberation and the very concept of creation have been treated here in a more concrete and coherent manner, coherence between the cult and the subject. Discussions on Tantric Yoga, Gayatri-Mantra, Sri Cakra and the mode of worship of the goddess Mahakali brightly illuminate the notion on Tantra and its practices. Other components of this study includes Tantric Buddhism, Tantric path followed by the Tibetans and the Tantric devotees of Assam. On the whole, the range of studies included here in this volume is widely expended over diverse fields of Tantra and its practices.

The breath-based meditation "Kriya-yoga" is a familiar name after its reintroduction by Mahavatara Babaji to Lahidi Mahasaya and subsequent work of Paramahamsa Yogananda in the western world. This work vividly explains "the Knowledge of Life-force" known as Pranavidya, which forms the basis of Kriya-yoga citing from Vedas, Upanisads, Srimad Bhagavadgita, Yogasutras of Patanjali and many other ancient scriptures, and analyzes how the breath technique quiets the mind, brings equanimity and results in development of discriminating intelligence that answers the questions and purpose of human life. This also gives an understanding on our inner reading, the principles and practices form auspicious resolves, noble faith, self-effort and austerities from righteousness, yama and observances, niyama, up to the transcendental state, samadhi, those form the appendages of this treatise, and describes how the breath-based practices and meditations described herein are necessary for a seeker to remain healthy and attain the Knowledge. The body principle, sarira tattva, is also anatomized using both biological and spiritual sciences to accelerate spiritual practice and to facilitate the understanding on life and death, gross to casual bodies, five sheaths, five vital breaths, three knots, seven energy centers and their working. The most important aspect for readers and seekers is that for the first time they will find the secret techniques of Kriya-yoga, viz., Nabhi Kriya, Khecari mudra, Guru Pranama, Hamsa, prana viksana, Mahamudra, Isvarapranidhana Kriya, Thokar Kriya, Jyoti mudra, Sambhavi mudra, and different techniques of meditation, e.g., Aum, twelve-lettered Vasudeva mantra, inner-matrka and outer-matrka meditations, etc. are revealed, and explained in details citing their illustrations in Upanisads and ancient yogic scriptures and enumerating the rationale and scientific approach behind such practices and benefits involved.
